Has anything changed between the Crucial brand and Micron?
No. Crucial is still the exclusive consumer brand of Micron Technology, a global leader in innovative memory and storage solutions for more than 45 years. Crucial’s reputation for performance, reliability and compatibility continues to be built on Micron’s industry leadership.

Will the new logos affect warranties?
No. Only the look of our logos is changing, not our products. All product warranties, regardless of the logo used on the product, remain in effect.

Is there a schedule for updating packaging?
Crucial packaging will continue to use the old logo through fiscal year 2025, with the beginning of fiscal year 2026 being our target to fully transition to the new logo.

How will this change affect me? When am I expected to update the logo on our site?
Other than seeing our new logo on assets and working with your sales and marketing representatives to transition your sites to our new logo, nothing else will change. Products, shipping times and brand guidelines will all remain the same. Timelines to update logos will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Your sales and marketing contact will reach out to you to develop a reasonable timeline for this transition.

Can we start using the logo now? Where can I find the new logo? Will all assets be updated with the new logo?
Yes! Our new logo is now live and can be found in the asset library. All new assets/collateral will be updated with the new logo as they are developed. Assets that are currently being used will be updated as resources allow. Historical assets will not be updated.

Does this affect how we talk about the Crucial brand?
We’re still the same brand you’ve come to know and trust, but our new look is a great time to re-introduce ourselves. Our proven, high-quality memory and storage portfolio expands possibilities for gamers, creatives and professionals as together we unlock new speeds and capabilities. Can I use Crucial collateral, signage and packaging at the same time with old and new logos?
Yes. We realize that certain assets will take some time to be updated with the new logo, which means there will be a mix of logos during the transition phase. Please note that nothing about our products has or will be changing. Regardless of which logo is used, the high-quality nature of our memory and storage products remains the same.
