SERVICE CALL REIMBURSEMENTS
If for any reason a Crucial product malfunctions and you have to call a service technician to fix the problem, we'll reimburse you for the cost of the service call (up to the amount agreed upon in your service call reimbursement contract).
ON-SITE SPARES
Reduce unnecessary downtime. When you order from us, we'll send additional product so you have on-site spares available, should a module need to be switched out for any reason.
BULK SHIPPING OPTIONS
Receive memory modules in trays of 50, rather than as a grouping of individual packages. Bulk shipping makes modules easier to deploy in large quantities.
